OpSpot was created to bring order to one of the most chaotic corners of modern food operations: delivery disputes. With restaurants and convenience brands losing meaningful revenue to refund claims, OpSpot stepped in with a smarter, more transparent way to manage and recover what’s owed. What they needed was a brand and communication system that could match the clarity and confidence of the product.

The work began with a full rebrand, building an identity that feels precise, trustworthy and grounded in real operational impact. Alongside the brand foundations, the digital experience was rebuilt to communicate the product’s value with focus and momentum. The engagement also extended into product design, developing an intuitive dashboard that translates camera data, dispute insights and performance trends into clear, actionable views for operators.

Beyond the core design work, a suite of commercial and operational assets was developed, from sales one-pagers and case studies to client reporting templates and projection materials used in the sales process.
The result is a cohesive ecosystem that strengthens OpSpot’s position in the market and equips the team with the tools they need to grow, sell and support with confidence.
